Unique among Alocasias, Purple Sword gets its common name from the deep purple veins and undersides of its long upright leaves. Like other Alocasias, it's fairly straightforward to care for with the right conditions. Brown spots on leaves usually indicate too much sun, too little humidity, or exposure to a draft. Address environmental conditions and the plant should bounce right back. When mature, the leaves can get as long as 2' each.
Potted in a 6" container.
