Because hearts aren’t just cute. This anatomical heart planter is made from hand poured concrete and takes your plant to the next level. The planter area is smaller than the overall piece, perfect for holding a 2" plant. All items are made from concrete with recycled pieces then sealed with concrete sealer. Colors may vary due to the uniqueness of handmade items. Air bubbles occur naturally in concrete creating natural imperfections.
