San Pedro Cactus, 5 gallon, small

An ornamental columnar cactus, San Pedro cactus (Echinopsis Pachanoi) is a fast grower with a classic desert cactus appearance. It was used in medicinal and religious practices for its psychedelic effect (but don't eat it; it's both illegal to ingest in the United States and toxic to humans). However, it makes a wonderful decorative houseplant.

Potted in a 5 gallon container.

	Only water when totally dry; about every 3-4 weeks, depending on conditions
