Cassia Orchid Pot: Terracotta

Cassia is a sweet little funnel shaped pot, wider at the top than at the bottom and is a perfect starter pot for an orchid. The rich surface is smooth to the touch, with a subtle patina and the holes provide aeration for sensitive roots. These pots are made using a labor intensive process: applying a double layer of terracotta wash onto each pot and burnishing each piece by hand to create the softest raw-clay surface possible.
