A shrubby succulent with spiny leaves, Delosperma echinatum usually grows as a matting ground cover although it can grow upright for a time (up to 18" tall) as well. The stems are thin and wiry, and usually end up drooping downwards eventually. It blooms with tiny yellow flowers at the tip of the stems, often several times a year.
Potted in a 2" container.
