Shipping Policy

Purchases ship via USPS or UPS depending on available shipping routes and cost.

Plant shipments go out on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekends and limit their time in the box.

In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days at [email protected] and let us know what went wrong. Note that some plants can react to shipping by temporarily showing signs of stress, and we may recommend that you wait for a few days to see if the plant bounces back before taking further steps.

During winter, we'll add a heat pack to your shipment automatically if our regional weather requires it and we'll do our best to research the local weather at your destination when determining whether a heat pack is needed. If you know that it will be cold where you live, it never hurts to remind us in the order notes. We do our best to avoid cold damage, but we can't guarantee cold weather shipping as we can't always predict shipping routes and weather patterns. Please reach out to us if you suspect cold damage and we'll determine next steps on a case by case basis.

Certain plants are designated "ships at your own risk." These are plants that often get stressed during shipping but usually bounce back later. If you see that language in the product description, note that we will package the plant carefully but we don't assume responsibility for the condition of the plant on arrival.

Local Delivery

We deliver on Tuesday & Friday afternoons from 1-3pm.

Order by noon on a delivery day for it to go out the same day. Orders after the 12pm cutoff will go out on the next delivery day.

We deliver to your doorstep, knock, and leave. If you need us to text or call you at delivery time, please let us know in the checkout notes.

All plant grams deliver for free, with no minimum purchase amount. They're delivered on the same delivery schedule as regular local deliveries. We will also text the number you provide for the recipient so they know to check for their special delivery!
