Live too far away to visit us?
We now ship select products throughout the contiguous 48 United States.
Due to the fragile nature of our inventory, we limit what we’re willing to ship. Generally, that means smaller sized plants and sturdier pots, along with other easily shippable products. (To find shippable products, use the shippable menu category, or you can use the drop-down filters on any product category page to filter for shippable items on that page.)
Purchases ship via USPS or UPS depending on available shipping routes and cost.
Plant shipments go out on Mondays and Tuesdays to limit their time in the box and make sure they aren’t stuck somewhere over the weekend.
- During winter, add a heat pack to your shopping cart for a $2 charge. Plants will not survive shipping in cold weather without a heat pack.
Shipping plants and pots is risky business. In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days at [email protected] and let us know what went wrong. Note that some plants can react to shipping by temporarily showing signs of stress, and we recommend that you wait for a few days to see if the plant bounces back before contacting us.
Plants that are shipped without heat packs in the winter will not be refunded or replaced if they suffer cold damage, so we highly recommend adding a $2 heat pack to your shopping cart at checkout in colder months.
Certain plants are designated "ships at your own risk." These are plants that often get stressed during shipping. If you see that language in the product description, note that we will package the plant carefully but we don't assume responsibility for the condition of the plant on arrival.
Looking for Local Delivery in Lawrence, KS?
We offer several local delivery options and curbside pick-up at our shop in Lawrence, KS.
Shop online and select free pick-up as the shipping option during checkout. You don’t need to select a pick up day. If you’d like your order to be ready same day, please place your order by 1PM.
You’ll receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.
When you arrive, you can speak to a staff member directly or call us at 785-424-7475 if you prefer a contactless pickup.
There are 2 parking spaces right outside our door; park there if they are open!
Shop online and select one of the following delivery options at checkout:
- $5 flat rate for purchases under $30; free over $30.
We deliver Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Order by 1pm on the delivery day for it to go out the same day (e.g., order at 12:15 on Monday and your purchase will arrive Monday afternoon; order at 1:30 Monday and you'll receive it Wednesday afternoon.)
Deliveries are generally made between 2-6pm—sometimes earlier, sometimes later. If you have a certain restriction on the time, please leave it in the order notes and we’ll try to work with you.
We deliver your package to your doorstep, knock, and leave. If you need us to text or call you at delivery time, please let us know in the checkout notes.
Haven't reached the $30 minimum for free delivery but don't want to spend the extra 5 bucks? Choose Bundled Delivery at checkout, and place another order later; once you reach the $30 minimum in combined purchases, we'll deliver them free!
Plant Gram Delivery
Plant grams to your friends and loved ones include free delivery, with no minimum purchase amount. They're delivered on the same delivery schedule as regular deliveries--Mon/Wed/Fri afternoons with same day-delivery for orders placed by 1PM. We will also text the number you provide for the recipient so that they know they’ve received a special gift!
