A compact spiny succulent, Euphorbia resinifera features dense, square branches with small inconspicuous flowers. It's "spines" are actually the dried stems that are left behind after the plant blooms. Slow growing, it can eventually reach 24" tall in the wild. While not technically a cactus, the spines and columnar growth of this Euphorbia do a great impression of a cactus.
Potted in a 12" pot.
