Shopping & Delivery Policies


In preparation for inviting shoppers back to the store, we introduced COVID safety precautions including sanitizing high-touch surfaces, offering contactless payment, widening our aisles and passing spaces, and creating a single-direction traffic flow through the shop. For everyone's safety, we ask that you follow these policies when you visit:

  • Wear a mask for the duration of your visit.

  • Use hand sanitizer before entering the shop.
  • Observe store signage regarding entrance/exit doors and distancing.

  • Follow staff guidance regarding occupancy; we monitor how many shoppers are in the space and may ask you to wait outside the entrance for a short time.

  • Shop with a purpose - we ask that you try to limit your visit to 15 minutes when possible.

  • Unfortunately, our bathroom is not open to the public.


Shop online and select free pick-up as the shipping option during checkout. You don’t need to select a pick up day. If you’d like your order to be ready same day, please place your order by 1PM.

  • You’ll receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.

  • When you arrive, you can speak to a staff member directly or call us at 785-424-7475 if you prefer a contactless pickup.

  • There are 2 parking spaces right outside our door; park there if they are open!


Shop online and select one of the following delivery options at checkout:

Free local delivery

    • We deliver Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

    • Order by 1pm on the delivery day for it to go out the same day.

      (e.g., order at 12:15 on Monday and your purchase will arrive Monday afternoon; order at 1:30 Monday, receive it Wednesday afternoon.)

    • Deliveries are generally made between 2-6pm—sometimes earlier, sometimes later. If you have a certain restriction on the time, please leave it in the order notes and we’ll try to work with you.

    • We deliver your package in masks and gloves, leave it at your doorstep, knock, and leave! If you need us to text or call you at delivery time, please leave that as a note on your order.

    • $30 purchase minimum for delivery.

Delivery Bundle

Haven't reached the $30 minimum for free delivery? Choose Bundled Delivery at checkout, and place another order later; once you reach the minimum in combined purchases, we'll deliver them!

Plant gram delivery

Plant gram delivery to your friends and loved ones works the same as general delivery, but with no minimum purchase amount. We will also text the number you provide for the recipient so that they know they’ve received a special delivery.


Note: Shipping is temporarily on hold as we figure out better shipping protocols to serve you better.

We are willing to ship certain products throughout the United States.

  • Due to the fragile (living!) nature of our inventory, we limit what we’re willing to ship and mostly ship smaller plants at this time.

  • All plant shipments have to be 1-3 day shipping to limit their time in a box.

  • We will ship out only on Mondays and Tuesdays to make sure they aren’t stuck somewhere over the weekend.

There are some holes in our shipping system:

Our website doesn’t allow us to select specific items as unavailable to ship. To work around this, we’ve put a super high shipping cost on some plants (typically above a 6” pot size). If you have a cart of reasonable sized items and the shipping seems super duper high, please reach and out and we’ll work with ya on getting around this!
